We undergo continual training to keep up to date with changes in the UK property industry. Staff attend industry-recognised training and development courses as well as our own comprehensive training programme to help them hone the skills they’ll need to succeed, ongoing best practice workshops in key topics, to managers and directors gaining recognised professional accreditations such as ARLA, NFOPP and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) qualifications, these are just a few examples. We want our people to spend their career with us and we go the extra mile to help them manage this through continuous learning. Few Agents go to these lengths but we believe it is important to continuously invest in the careers of all our employees at every level.
